Promoting Joyful Learning (6).jpg

MEDVAN (Medak District Voluntary Agencies Network) is a consortium of 23 likeminded NGOs that are working for the development of local communities under an integrated approach in united Medak district comprising Sangareddy, Medak and Siddipet districts. We aim to provide a common platform and a district level forum for voluntary organisations working in these districts. Our member NGOs are all headed by development professionals with 10 – 30 years of rich experience in addressing a wide range of social issues.

We envision a democratic, equalitarian society in which people coexist in mutual harmony cutting across lines of gender, caste, creed, colour and religion and enjoy equal access to rights and development.

We go by the philosophy: "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together." It is only through working alongside each other that we can have a deep and long lasting impact on the people and communities that we are so passionate to serve.
